Welcome to the online application for The Monday Clubhouse Conservancy Fine Arts Awards Jazz Music Competition.

The deadline to submit your application to The Monday Clubhouse Conservancy has been extended to midnight Feb. 11, 2019. You must read the "Fine Arts Awards-Jazz Music Information 2019" pdf for complete information which is found under the "News and Information" tab. Each student participating must fill out an online application. Once you have submitted your online application, you (soloists) or your group leader (ensembles) will be provided a Dropbox folder to upload your digital audio or video audition recording by midnight, February 11, 2019.  

All applicants selected as finalists will be notified by February 15, 2019.  

The finalists will perform and judging will take place on Sunday, March 24, 2019 at 3:00pm at SLO Nazarene Church, 3396 Johnson Ave., San Luis Obispo. All music must be memorized! You are required to bring three copies of your music selections for the judges.  All jazz music finalists must arrive by 2:30 pm and report to the Jazz Music Awards Chair upon arrival. The event is free and open to the public, however donations to The Monday Clubhouse Conservancy Fine Arts Awards Program are greatly appreciated. Refreshments will be served.
