Single Day Rental:
  - Venue Rental Fee  $5,000  
 - Your reservation includes use of both the indoor and outdoor spaces
 - Up to 10 hours total including set up and clean up
    
 
    - Events must end by 10pm with clean up and exit no later than 11pm
 
    - The Monday Clubhouse Conservancy handles set up and take down of indoor tables and chairs as well as the outdoor chairs 
 - Includes use of kitchen, indoor tables & chairs and outdoor chairs
 - All vendors (Caterer, Bartenders, DJ, Coordinators, Planners, etc.) must be licensed and insured with certificates of insurance on file with The Monday Clubhouse Conservancy
 
    - Other Charges: In addition to the venue rental fee, there is a $750 refundable security deposit and required security guard coverage, which is dependent upon group size/event times.
 
  
 
Weddings:
  
    - 60 minutes of rehearsal time is included at no additional charge (date and time subject to availability, and cannot be confirmed until two weeks in advance)
