MEETING PROGRAM: People's Self-Help Housing

Caity (pronounced Kai’-dee, like Heidi with a K) McCardell is the Donor Relations Manager within the Resource Development Department at People’s Self-Help Housing, raising funds for the nonprofit’s social services and educational opportunities for their housing community residents. She has served as a resource development professional for 15 years after being inspired to raise funds for her parents when their home burned down in 2008 in Santa Barbara’s Tea Fire. She currently serves on the boards of South SLO County Womenade, Ballet Theatre San Luis Obispo, and Association of Fundraising Professionals of SLO County; and she lives in Grover Beach with her family.

LUNCHEON MENU:

Lunch will be served buffet style.

Main Course: crispy pork belly: house cured & smoked

Vegetarian Option: spring vegetable quiche with spinach, artichoke, leek, gruyere

Salad: arugula salad with radish, shaved fennel, citrus segments, candied walnuts, meyer lemon, Bearbird Ranch olive oil

Dessert: miso peanut butter cookie sandwiches with house strawberry jam
